ALL TRANSACTIONSThere is 5% cancellation fee (a minimum $5.00) an all refunds (if allowed below).
TOURNAMENTS: Refunds are available if cancelled at least 10 days in advance (starting 11/19/2011 tournament), less $5 cancellation fee. If you cancel your participation at least 2 days in advance (by Wednesday night of the tournament week) you can apply your tournament fee to any other future tournaments posted on www.chessplayer.com website.
We allow to substitute players if space is open.
For cancellations less than 3 days in advance there are no credits or refund. We will allow substitutes by Friday night before the tournament if space is open. No substitutes after tournaemnt is full
CAMPS: Cancellation fee $25. NO REFUNDS, if cancelled less than 3 business days before each camp.
The Camp registration can be transferred to another camp.
CLASSES: Cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount.
NO REFUNDS for the FIRST class if cancelled less than 5 business days before the class.
Class attendance dates can be rescheduled to other dates.
HP Classes:No refunds for any class after the start of the session.
After-school Classes: No refund after classes started.
LATE FEES FOR PAYMENTS
All fees have to be paid by the first day of the event. $25 Late Payment fee might be applied.
