SCHEDULE	NO Check-in. Parents are asked to verify students names below and let us know if any problems. With cancellations email to chess64@comcast.net and Pairings will be posted at 9:45 am Games begin at 10:15 AM. Target time for award ~3:00 PM. A coaches/officials meeting will take place at 8:45 AM.
REGISTRATION	Entry fee is $17.00 per child. No Refunds. Sign Up On-line or mail to Chess Mates Foundation, 2208 NW Market Street, Suite 313, Seattle, WA 98107 10.00 for Chessmates School. Free entry to free lunch students
FORMAT	5 round Swiss; all kids will play five games. Sections: K, 1-2, 3-4, 5-8. Time control is game 25 (maximum fifty minutes for each game).
AWARDS	Individual and Team trophies. All kindergarteners will receive a trophy
Tournament AREA	Gym
MISC	Concession will be available all day. Judges will be needed the day of the tournament. On Saturday morning call Elena 206-387-1251 after 6:45 am and before 8:30 am with cancellations
Food	Concession will be available to purchase at the tournament.
